1. The short version
This page is a proposed privacy notice for Pop More. It is not a final statement of live service practices. The business operator, launch country, service providers, retention periods, and contact details must be confirmed before publication.
This WordPress website’s static demo does not install wallet passes, submit contact forms, or request location or notification permission. The Pop More theme does not add analytics. WordPress and the hosting provider may process request and security logs, and WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. External links take you to other providers’ websites.
2. Information the service may use
The proposed service may use business contact details to respond to enquiries and manage merchant accounts. A live wallet service may process pass identifiers, device or platform registration tokens, enrolment details, and offer interactions. The final notice must list the fields actually collected.
Birthday details would be optional and used for birthday offers. The design does not require a birth year. A saved wallet pass does not, by itself, mean Pop More receives a customer’s continuous location.
3. How information would be used
Proposed purposes include responding to enquiries, issuing and updating passes, supporting merchant campaigns, providing optional birthday offers, preventing misuse, and operating the service. The final notice must explain the applicable legal basis and consent choices for each purpose in the launch jurisdiction.
4. Wallets, messages & location
Apple and Google provide the wallet platforms under their own terms and privacy notices. Notification and nearby features depend on permissions and platform settings. Customers can manage notifications or remove a pass through their wallet.
Store coordinates may be included in a pass to support location relevance. Any separate collection of a customer’s location must be explained and appropriately authorised before that feature is enabled.
6. Your choices & questions
The final service should explain how to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable rights; withdraw optional consent; and contact the responsible business. Removing a wallet pass may not automatically erase records held by a merchant or service provider.
